If you feel the desire to venture out for dinner a 2 minute board walk along the waterfront to Front Street is on your doorstep. For the chef’s amongst you the kitchen has everything you need to create that perfect meal to enjoy alfresco whilst watching the lights of the boats twinkle on the Marina with Miele stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and French door fridge/freezer . Pavilions 23 has 3 very luxurious bedrooms. The main bedroom opens up onto the covered verandah with an ensuite, walk in robe and day bed. The ensuite has a huge spa bath from where the views of the Marina can yet again be enjoyed, and on those chillier days heat lamps in the bathrooms keep it cosy. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed and the 3rd bedroom 2 single beds and a travel cot if needed. (There is a little extra annexe room with a sofa bed should a temporary bed be needed). A separate media room with flat screen TV, Ipod docking station, DVD Player, Austar, board games and ducted air conditioning throughout make this home away from home.
