Villa Vignoble is one of our most unique properties in Malibu. It is nestled on a private 3 acre Vineyard. Our guests often describe their experience as if they are in Italy. This stunning architectural Malibu villa offers magnificent unobstructed views. It's cypress and olive trees lined gated drive and is only a short 10 minute drive from the beach.

The villa boasts 4,370 sq. ft. of living space. Each bedroom has it's own private balcony, accompanied by a suite size bathroom. There is an enormous gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a brick pizza oven. The wine cellar has a charming wine tasting area. The property is completed with a state-of-the-art theater room and large infinity pool, that is perfect for entertaining whole family and guests.
