Two large master suites are on the second floor with spectacular views of the harbor from both inside and outside on the shared deck.

A third bedroom in the main house is located on the first floor with French doors offering a private entrance.

A separate two-bedroom guesthouse is connected by a charming courtyard with gardens and outdoor dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen with vaulted ceiling, features stainless appliances, marble countertops, and a teak breakfast bar. The dining room features exquisite moldings, a wet bar perfect for entertaining, and a gracious farmhouse door opening onto the wrap-around porch.

In a quite neighborhood, but only 2 blocks from all of the restaurants and shops, this recently renovated home offers the charm of a historic shingle style house, but with newly renovated modern conveniences.
