This "Gem" of a place is a pleasant surprise for anyone thinking about renting in the Poconos. This house has every amenity imaginable and more. It is meticulously maintained and is expansive in its space. It is very large and has a well designed living area. A small beach and playground are located very close to the property. The large deck offers a majestic view of the lake. There are two large and separate family rooms, which are perfect for large groups and/or children to have their own spaces. They are equipped with a gas fireplaces, large televisions with satellite TV/DVD and the lower recreation room has air hockey and a game table. There is a TV in almost every room in the house! There are so many bedrooms and all are very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen has all up to date appliances and contains everything you would possibly need. The most wonderful feature we found was the master bedroom, located on the first floor, that has an amazing master bathroom and attached sunlit room with a hot tub! There also seems to be a bathroom conveniently located around every corner. This setting is charming and is open space which flows well for conversations and gathering spots. Having traveled much with my employer and having stayed in places all around the world, this was so much more than I would have expected. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The community has a beautiful lodge with many many activities going on. If you are considering a vacation place to rent in the Pocono's, without question reserve this property. You will not be disappointed, in fact, you too will find a gem you didn't expect. I say to my hosts, thank you both, you and your property made our trip special.
