Located in the center of it all on Center Street, with Cape Cod Bay only one block away, as well as restaurants, entertainment and great shopping within a 2 minute walk, this newly renovated Cottage on Center Street is in the Heart of Provincetown.

The Cottage and Courtyard Garden are a secret oasis, so close to the bustling crowds on Commercial Street yet so quiet one can take a cat nap on a lounge chair.

Parking for one car and Monument views from the front door create a romantic getaway for 2.

Open loft living, with cathedral ceilings, maple floors, central air conditioning, a wide lovely stair leading to a large spacious bedroom with a King size bed. A fabulous Bath, featuring an oversized pedestal sink, Jacuzzi tub, and high quality linens throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped to create a gourmet meal or something simple with the option of dining al fresco in the private, courtyard garden or inside at the mid-century dining table both with seating for 4.

There are free movies on demand and many original Provincetown paintings and prints.

There is also a very large, clean laundry room.

For the past 20 years, my partner and I have spent significant time in Provincetown and Truro. We have rented cottages and have stayed at many of the top inns.

This property was such a happy surprise. It is by far the most beautifully designed, decorated and equipped we have ever rented. The owner's thought and attention to detail is so obvious. The place was immaculate and much larger than we had expected. The term "high end" is thrown around quite a bit these days. This place actually delivers on the promise. All we needed to think about was relaxing and enjoying the space and everything Provincetown has to offer. If it is available, we plan to rent it again during the high season
