Sandy Shack is located on an elevated position opposite Lakita’ Lake Reserve. The elevated position offers sweeping rural views from the spacious deck and living area. Also in a cul-de-sac position and walking distance to the beach, this home ideal for families and children of all ages.

The large front deck is a wonderful place for family and friends to entertain and enjoy outdoor living with a BBQ and beverages after a long day at the beach. Inside the home, you’ll find three good-sized bedrooms. Three away bathroom, two lavatories, separate laundry with top loader washing machine and a second fridge.

Front, rear and side decking allows for sunny quite areas to relax and un-wind. Native landscaped gardens are a joy to be around and you’ll have a convenient outside shower- great when returning from the beach.

You’ll be minutes to all amenities, cafes and varied hotels and restaurants. Hiking - cycling trails, markets and tourist attractions in neighbouring townships of Middleton, Goolwa and Victor Harbor are all within a 10-minute’s drive.
