4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom With Private Pool And Quiet Surroundings

This villa has 4 bedrooms with an optional 5th bedroom for baby beds. 2 Bedrooms are provided with a double bed and 2 bedrooms are provided with 2 single beds each.

There are 3 bathrooms, of which 2 have a bath.

The villa has a spacious living room with fireplace, TV and CD/ DVD player.

The large kitchen is fully equipped.

Outside you can sit comfortably on the large sofa on the porch. Most eye-catching is the nicely shaped private swimming pool, which is also fenced for the safety of young children. An outside shower can be found next to the pool as well as a washroom with separate shower.

The barbecue-area is equipped with a build-in barbecue, an oven and a refrigerator.

For the kids there is a playground with a slide, a swing and a seesaw.

The mature garden with different kinds of trees is big enough to have a lot of privacy and to be able to walk around and enjoy the peaceful environment.

You will understand why we bought this property, the minute you enter the gate. Besides an occasional car passing by, you hear nothing but birds and waving trees. The house is in a very good condition and has a lot of space and luxury. The garden gives you the space to move around, enjoy a swim and the possibility to have a nice outside (barbecue) dinner with friends or family.

The unique character of this villa is the combination of the above mentioned benefits, together with the location. The villa is located approximately 5 km from Caldas da Rainha, a city which offers all facilities.

The nice beaches of Foz do Arelho and Sao Martinho do Porto are both within 15 minutes by car.
