We are from Western Australia and love this beautiful city. We purchased this property as our investment property since the location is superb.
You can walk to the city and there are many great restaurants nearby. There is a typical Irish pub next door with live music. There is a Spanish Tapas Bar with cool lounge music called the Public House in the corner of Victoria Avenue. There is an Indian Restaurant round the corner with excellent food.

A security bond of $1000 is required and a deposit of $500 paid in advance to secure the booking. Tax invoice with ABN is available on request once confirmation is made. Credit card payment is acceptable with 4% surcharge. Rate is negotiable for longer stay.
The rate is inclusive of all utilities, electricity charges and fast Wifi internet connection.
Deposit of $500 when booking is confirmed. Minimum two weeks rent and the bond $1000 payment in advance when check-in. Balance to be paid on fortnightly basis.
