3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Top Floor (2nd Floor) With Semi-private Pool

This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect family rental that will leave both the kids and adults happy. The home has a large flat LCD screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A king size bed in the Master bedroom, a queen size in bedroom #2 and two twin beds in bedroom #3. All bedrooms also have flat screen LCD TVs and there is a washer and dryer vertical center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms. The dining area has French doors opening to the balcony overlooking the pool. Other amenities include WiFi throughout the property.

A wonderful and refreshing semi-private pool (shared by only two other units) awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic table and tropical patio furniture, all surrounded by year-round flower beds.

The wonderful SPI beach is only a short walk away, and there are a couple of good restaurants at walking distance from the home, such as Padreritaville and Blackbeards, two of my favorites!

I'm an Industrial Engineer, specialized in Manufacturing Systems. Originally from Argentina, but a local resident for the last 30 years. My wife and I enjoy coming to SPI on a very frequent basis. Really good restaurants here...good ambient. Wonderful sea breeze!

Beautiful beaches, close to home, warm almost all year long...and eventually planning to retire to SPI.

What makes this condo unique

It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaVille and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin.

The beach house was awesome!. It was like home away from home. It was very roomy & fit 6 people great. It was nice having the pool area & grills. The sitting area out back was a great place to relax & enjoy!. The house was very clean & very well maintained. It was walking distance to the beach & Padre Boulevard. Great restaurants & gift shops were very close. We would stay there again!

Beautiful, clean, great location, pet friendly!

This place is literaly a block away from the ocean! If the ocean isn't your thing, there's a semi private pool in the back yard about 3 or 4 feet deep. Hummingbirds hang out near the flowers in the morning in the yard. The rental was very clean, spacious, and had beautiful decor. The beds were very comfy and there was a lot of closet space. The top floor has a spacious front and back balcony/porch area. We also had access to two outdoor grills and an outdoor shower. The rental was also about a 5 minute drive south to an activity center where you can go parasailing, dolphin watching, snorkeling, and fishing. There's also a place named Dirty Al's (yeah it's not very fancy) where they have very fresh sea food. Also, about 5 minutes north of the rental is a sea turtle rescue center where they rehabilitate injured and baby sea turtles, named Sea Turtle Inc.

Pasamos unos días muy agradables, la casa está en muy buen estado, muy amplia y muy bien equipada; nos quedamos con muy buena impresión y con la intención de volver a hospedarnos aquí si tuviéramos la oportunidad de regresar.
La forma de pago, el acceso a la casa son muy cómodos y siempre con pronta respuesta del dueño.

Great place to stay near the ocean in SPI

Our first trip to SPI went extreamley well. It all started with Roberto on the phone. It was no nice to be able to ask questions and get immediate responces from the owner. He and his wife are very nice. The location was really nice for my family of 6 and a med-large dog. The walk to the beach was quick, less than a city block (.1 mile or 3 min walk). The inside was updated and accomodating. All of the things I would need were there so we could have easily stayed for an entire season. The best part of the entire place is the back patio. Its huge and overlooks a wonderful pool. It would have been nice to have it be heated, but I dont think anyone really had heated pools, so in summer it would be perfect to cool off. Patio has a grill too. Bottom line, for the price you really cant beat it and I would say it competes with units much higher in cost. We will definately return before we leave TX.

Love This Property!

This unit is very clean, nicely appointed, and convenient. Our group of six was very comfortable, and the seating on the full-length back porch accommodated our whole group comfortably, with overflow seating for visitors. Nice, clean pool with plenty of chaise lounges and meal seating poolside. A slight pproblem with the front door lock was promptly addressed by the owner who is nearby and responsive. The linens were clean and fresh, and the towels ample.The pricing was reasonable, and we felt the value for what we paid. I would not hesitate to re-rent this unit again, or any other of this owner's properties.
