This condo is well-maintained and tastefully furnished. Two flat screen TVs and Bose music systems are in both the living room and bedroom. The ocean view from the balcony is mostly unobstructed (except to the east) and peaceful (except for Thursday and Friday nights when the Water Beach Club as DJ parties; the apartment is at their roof level). A definite gem in Marbella!
My husband and I spent a week in this condo, arriving January 28th. We met the property manager, Jorge, at his office adjoining the property. He is a very helpful and courteous manager, and he made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. He walked with us to the unit and gave us an overview of the property and the facilities. The unit is on the 14th floor, with an oceanfront balcony. It is well-equipped for cooking. There are two modern flat screen tv's with cable and wireless modem. Everything was clean and new. The property itself is kept in very fine shape. The pool and deck are roomy with plenty of chairs. There are canvas beach chairs available in the room, but chair service is available at the beach for a very reasonable fee. There are also coolers provided in the unit, which was really convenient. Walgreens is right across the street from the building, open 24 hours, with beer, wine, rum, snacks, etc. and there is a market a few blocks down, also 24 hours, with a good variety of fresh foods. Isla Verde is packed with restaurants at every price level, from standard fast food chains to high end. We didn't have a bad meal all week. The public bus stop to Old San Juan is also right in front of the building. It costs .75 and takes about 40 minutes. A good value if you have the time. Otherwise, cabs are plentiful for $21 one-way to Old San Juan. The beach is excellent - clean, wide, and safe, with nice sand and fairly gentle water. Casinos and night clubs are minutes away by foot. Food vendors are plentiful on the beach. Great location, great unit, and Jorge is a wonderful resource. Highly recommended. Thank you, Jorge, for extending courtesy to us on the last day of our stay. It was a great visit.
This condo was amazing with all upgraded top notch amenities, including Samsung LCD TVs, blu-ray players, Bose and Sony docking stations and central air, which was a welcome treat when coming in from the humid weather in PR. The pool was usually empty during the middle of the week so you had it to yourself. The view of the beach from the terrace was awesome. The beach was easility accessible and is one of the best beaches around. Everything was super convenient, like the Pueblo & SuperMax supermarkets, car rental agencies, some high end restaurants and fast food restaurants. I couldn't ask for a better location and the Marbella security and staff were excellent. Most importantly, Jorge the property manager was very pleasant, friendly and accomodating. Also, the rental process was so easy. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
This recently remodeled apartment was beautifully decorated and has a spectacular view of the beach. It's conveniently located in Isla Verde, just walk outside and you can walk to restaurants, casinos, shops and nightlife. It is a secure building with parking and security 24 hours. My family had the best Christmas holiday! Thanks to Jorge from Isla Verde Realty for finding this apartment!
Located in the Isla Verde avenue touristic area. Very centric and accessible to lot of restaurants, hotels, casinos and more.
