Pattie Freeman of Hawaii Vacation Rentals manages this property. She will be available for any questions or concerns you may have while on island. This photo of her was taken at nearby Fairmont Orchid which is an easy walk from your front door! Pattie Freeman, Real Estate Broker has made the Kohala Coast of the Big Island her home for over 20 years and offers 30 years of Hawaii living experience to her guests. The owner's chose this property while it was under construction because of the quality of construction at the Villages and the close proximity to resort amenities. They enjoy deep sea fishing, walking through the beautiful acres of the resort along the ancient fish ponds out to the private beach club.

Just five doors away is the lagoon pool and fitness center. Very quiet, peaceful location.

This property was perfect for our family! It was extremely clean, organized and very well decorated. Beds were comfortable and the linens were top quality. Pattie Freeman, Manager was very helpful as we made our plans and upon arrival. We walked to the grocery store for our supplies and strolled the Shops at Mauna Lani. My husband and I even got to take in a happy hour at Tommy Bahama's restaurant and one at Ruths Chris which we walked to both times. As a family, we had sushi one night at Monstera which we also walked to.



Lunch at the private beach club where we swam and snorkeled was ideal and convenient. Didn't have to get out of our bathing suits. Our three children loved this beach. We could have driven to other beaches, but this was perfect for our family and so easy!



The kitchen is well equipped so we enjoyed preparing some of our own meals which was very cost effective. Pattie told us about the local fish market several miles away in Kawaihae as well as the local Farmer's Market. Having all of the fresh food was wonderful.



My husband golfed 3 days at both Mauna Lani courses which he said were beautiful. Some of the golf course runs along the ocean.



I took a few yoga classes at the amenity center which I really enjoyed. Met full time residents who made me feel welcome.



We all enjoyed the pool which we could walk to just a few doors away. Most of the time we were the only ones at the pool! Lovely!



We will be back!

Our family loved it!

This property was perfect for our family! It was extremely clean, organized and very well decorated. Beds were comfortable and the linens were top quality. Pattie Freeman, Manager was very helpful as we made our plans and upon arrival. We walked to the grocery store for our supplies and strolled the Shops at Mauna Lani.
