This new house with private pool is located in Sunset Heights, a private hilltop community. This location is ideal for those who do not want to reside too far from town center and also can resort to beautiful beaches in the nearby area.

This beautiful house offers four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms each with a king size bed. In total there are three bathrooms, two are en-suite and the third is shared by two bedrooms. The villa has a wide open and inviting living room furnished in a cozy Caribbean style. It is provided with comfortable sofas and seats, cable TV and stereo. Adjacent to this living room is the open modern kitchen. It is fully equipped and features the following devices: dishwasher, microwave, stove refrigerator, blender, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

Furthermore there is a large dining table.

The house has a fenced garden with own property parking.

In the middle of the tropical garden is the private swimming pool, surrounded with some comfortable lounge beds. When you are tired of the sun there are two charming gazebos with a pleasant sitting area. There is also a big covered terrace with large dining table and comfortable seats. In addition to there are hammocks where you really can relax while enjoying a cold cocktail. In front of these gazebos is a big outside grill where you can prepare your own BBQ meal.

This house can accommodate eight persons, great if you are traveling with a larger group or family.

Oh how sad it is to be at home! We had such a wonderful time at your house, its just gorgeous! The backyard is an oasis that we fully enjoyed the entire time we were there. Thinking back on our trip with very fond memories and great times! Thank you for providing such a fantastic home & location, wish it were mine!
