House, 3 Bedrooms +Bunk Area, 2 Baths (Sleeps 7)

Lake-front private home, located in protected water near mm 12. This is a nice quiet getaway! Easy access with calm water and great views of the main channel. The house is 1500 square feet with two living rooms, lots of glass for lake viewing, three bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 led TV's, WiFi, inside bar, upper deck with gas grill, lower walk out patio with patio furniture. Easy access to 90 ft. Of shoreline. Also included is a large 2 well boat dock with lifts(10x32 and 10x28 slips), jet-ski lift for 2 with a swim deck.

This house comfortably sleeps 7. All new bedding and linens throughout the house and the home is very clean. The house is located close to the community bridge and a 5 min. Drive into Osage beach where you will find the outlet mall, many restaurants and bars, golf and entertainment for the kids. Easy access to ha ha state park by water.

No renters under 25 years of age and must be able to present an i.D. There is a three night minimum. Book seven nights and get one night free! There will be a security deposit required that will transfer into a damage deposit. There is cleaning fee. No pets or smoking. More pictures are available upon request.
