Brand new to the rental market for 2013! This recently purchased Cape Cod style home has a Nantucket flair and is freshly furnished with everything new! Beautifully maintained and professionally landscaped, it's ideally located within walking distance to downtown Chatham, the Veteran's Field for Cape League baseball games, weekly Friday night band concerts and a wide selection of fine shops and restaurants. Nearby Oyster Pond Beach (about a .25 mile walk, bike ride or drive) is ideal for families. This home has 3 bedrooms, including one located on the first floor, 2 full bathrooms, a living room and family room both with HD TVs (over 200 satelite channels and DVRs and DVD) and wireless internet service. A gorgeous back yard with brick patio and outside furniture make for a great spot to dine or relax outside. A gas grill, outside shower, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys complete the package. 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds, window air-conditioners in the bedrooms and living room, fully equipped kitchen. Sheets provided. Cleaning fee $160.00

Walk to the Cape League Baseball games, weekly band concerts on the common, experience live theater, walk to downtown bars, shops and restaurants. Don't miss the Chatham Squire Restaurant, The Wild Goose Tavern, Buca's Restaurant and other outstanding area restaurants. Chatham has an incredible selection of pristine salt water beaches and fresh water ponds, many with lifeguards and rest rooms. The famous Chatham Lighthouse is nearby and the Chatham Fish Pier is a great spot for watching the seals and the daily fishing boat activity. Other fun activities include biking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, the Chatham Bike Path, visiting local nature preserves and bird watching spots, whalewatching, harbor tours, sailing, deep sea fishing, and clamming. Take a day trip to visit the Cape Cod National Seashore, The Mayflower Monument and the Whydah Museum in Provincetown or the Truro Vineyards.
