About Sunnee Clark
We have been coming to Folly Beach for about 10 years and owned a vacation rental on the back side of the island in Water's Edge. We enjoyed renting and the process of vacation rentals that we decided to build a duplex so we can vacation one side. We love our island, the people, and being hosts and guides to visitors of Folly Beach and Charleston area.
Sunnee Clark purchased this house in 2014
Why Sunnee Clark chose Folly Beach
We chose this property to build because it was close to all the action. We are big fans of Key West so when we bought our lot, we envisioned a small space with a lot to offer -- gardens, privacy, plunge pool, etc -- like Key West. We haven't completed these yet as we are at the beginning stages, but over the course of 2014, we hope to have our exterior touches completed and our dream oasis on Folly Beach to share with our friends, family, and renters.
We are working on more photos and better images.
What makes this house unique
We have views of the ocean and the island. We are perched pretty high, so it is great to see across the island and people watch.
Guestbook comments from the owner
We had a great time at Folly. I felt like I had stepped back in time there. Your place is so nice. We loved how you built to seem more like an old beach cottage, but yet so modern. You have a great sense of style. The bikes and beach chairs were such a great touch too. And Bert's.....well what a place that is. We hope to be back soon.
