Stay In This Lovely Two-bedroom Apartment At The Heart Of Muscat In Muscat Mall

This fantastic two bedroom furnished apartment at the Tilal Al Khuwair complex is ideally located above Muscat’s new Grand Mall. Fitted with modern fixtures and fittings, the property offers a lounge, separate kitchen, two bedrooms with two bathrooms, kitchen, two balconies, and a store. The building offers access to both a ladies and gentlemen’s outdoor swimming pool, a gym (still under construction), shops, cinema and restaurants to name just a few. Parking is private and reserved for owners in the basement of the mall. Access will be by lifts and staircases. High quality furniture has been carefully arranged in each room in the apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer.

The apartment comes with high speed internet, flat TV, Bluetooth-enabled audio system, enough to keep you entertained for hours. If you fancy a movie at the cinema, an espresso, or a delicious lunch, then you are two minute walk from Muscat Grand Mall, which is in the same complex.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dish washer and what not.

No towels are provided. No pets allowed. Smoking is permitted only at the balconies.

Private parking is available with access to taxis (from the mall).

You have a two minute walk access to cinema, restaurants, cafes, shops, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Do you fancy a walk on the beach? It’s only a 5 min drive. No issues with taxies or cab, since you are staying at the biggest mall in Muscat, cabs are just waiting outside the mall.

Excellent quality plus a whole Mall!!

We booked this apartment early Dec and I was glad that we did. I traveled from Dubai with my wife and daughter. It's spacious with two balconies where I was glad I could practice my smoking habit. The furniture quality is high compared to Muscat standards as I am frequent traveler there. The apartment is right above Muscat Grand Mall, so we had full access to the mall. There is free WiFi in the apartment (fast speed compared to town), while the mall also offers free WiFi for about one hour. This gave me good time off to finish some work while having my favourite Cappuccino and bun at the PappaRoti Cafe below the apartment. My wife also had to buy few things from Carrefour, no issues, it was just in the mall.

We took cabs from the mall to the beach almost daily to enjoy our break fast there, it is about 10 min drive to Al Qurum Beach. We also took some tours, can't complain. Lovely 4 days in Muscat.

Finally, thanks to the owner for his professional assistant when we couldn't find a cab back late night... he arranged us a ride, that was lovely from him.
