3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Baths w/ Private Putting Green In Relaxing Back Yard

Located in the desirable north Scottsdale area, just outside Grayhawk, this lovely home provides for every need of the traveler. It's located minutes from the TPC and Westworld where many of the Valley's top events are held - and only three miles from Loop 101 and 1 mile from Scottsdale Road.

With over 1800 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a 2 car garage, the home was just renovated inside and out. The back yard provides a relaxing atmosphere perfect for outdoor entertaining - with your own private putting green.

The downstairs includes a great room with dining area, kitchen and half bath. The bedrooms and laundry room are upstairs.

All furniture, linens, and kitchen utensils are brand new - along with new pillow-top mattresses in all bedrooms. The home offers DIRECTV with DVR, 3 flat screen TVs (46', 41', and 32'), stereo, DVD/Bluray and WIFI internet access. The kitchen provides all the utensils needed and the laundry room comes with a full-size washer and dryer, along with iron/board and laundry supplies.

About Steve Hegel

I have been a resident of the Phoenix area for over 30 years, and a graduate of Arizona State University. After 21 ears in the hotel industry, including 14 years as a regional director with Marriott Hotels, I formed Desert Summit Properties, LLC, in 2001. With my past hotel experience, vacation rentals became a natural extension for our real estate asset management company. This home in Scottsdale is owned by me personally and we take its quality and customer satisfaction very seriously. We also own/manage two other vacation rentals ( in Ahwatukee and Flagstaff), and are planning to add several more over the coming year.

I purchased this property seven ago as a regular rental property, primarily due to it's great location in the upscale north Scottsdale area. We recently did an extensive renovation before converting it to a vacation/corporate rental.

* 1/2 the rental fee is required at the time of confirming the reservation.
* Remainder of funds, including cleaning fee and refundable security deposit, is due 30 days prior to arrival.
* If the arrival date is less than 60 days from the booking date, then the entire amount is due up front.
* Payments are to be made via PayPal or via personal check or money order.
Fees And Taxes * Taxes are included in the rates quoted.
* Cleaning fee is $125.00
* All reservations require a $300 refundable security deposit - returned within 10 days of departure, after verification of any damages/loss.
* Summer/fall monthly rate of $1950 is for a term of 2 or more months, and does NOT include electricity.
* Summer/fall monthly rate for 1-2 months is $2300 and INCLUDES electricity.
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a refund IF that same time period can be re-booked.

* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The home is in a great location in Scottsdale. It has all the comforts of home. I understand it was just renovated, which is quite evident. All the furniture, bedding, etc., looks brand new. And the putting green provides relaxing entertainment, I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely home; It has everything a traveler needs. The putting green provided some great entertainment and the house was well put together. Steve was very accommodating and easy to work with. We have spent time at another one of his vacation rentals in Ahwatukee, which is just as fantastic. We highly recommend this!
