In a quiet Elwood street this is pure luxury living for your business or holiday stay. 'Kerferd' is a fully self-contained and furnished two bedroom home with all the appointments necessary for the independent and discerning traveller. It is serviced weekly and has off street parking available. Elwood with its cosmopolitan feel but local focus is an ideal location from which to explore Melbourne. 'Kerferd' is conveniently located, only a short walk to trams and trains and Tennyson Street Village with its supermarket and cafes. Parks, tennis courts, golf courses and the beach are also nearby. Catch a tram the short distance to St Kilda and vibrant Acland or Fitzroy Streets, or to visit Prahran's edgy Chapel St for more cafes, restaurants, designer fashion shops and nightlife.

What makes this house unique

Kerferd make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The bright open family/lounge area is a joy to spend time in especially with the Bose sound sytem. The lounge with its surround sound system, large plasma screen and open fire invites you to relax and enjoy the space. Going to bed and pulling across the silk curtains before jumping into the king size bed and if the night is cold you can light the gas open fire for a feel of added warmth in the room.

We stayed a week at Kerferd and it was a great experience. Ray was very welcoming both in making the arrangements and on arrival, and most helpful during our stay. Kerferd is a lovely and comfortable place to stay with every convenience and close to transport. Strongly recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities
