This is a beautiful condo-tel studio (a hotel studio-room privately owned) in Luana Wikiki hotel which ranked among the top 4 Hawaii hotels recommended by business travelers and known as a high standard hotel, located right by the Fort DeRussy Park that is spreading along the beach.
The range of formal rates for this particular room is $265 to $615/per night if you book through the hotel.
In addition to regular hotel equipment, we have placed WiFi, telephone (free local call), microwave, toaster, induction-cooktop, beach towels & a bag and a lot more.
This rental is centrally located within walking distance to everything, the beach, restaurant, bus stops, trolly bus stops in Waikiki. A mini mart is right across the street. There are so many variety restaurants and shopping places nearby, including many high-end stores. It's not too far away from very noisy Waikiki hurly- burly but just close enough to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Also, since it is located at the east side of Waikiki, you can also have a great access to Ala Moana and Ward area.
To get to the beach, you can walk through the beautiful park, the Fort De Russy. It takes only several minutes' nice walk.
Across the street is a RENTAL-CAR place, and next door is a gas station.
Tour operation desk is available at the lobby.
The unit has marble floor and is fully furnished with kitchen w/cooking and silver ware, plates/glasses/pans, microwave, a cook-top burner,and etc.
You can use hotel facilities such as coin-laundry, sport-gym, heated pool, private cabanas, and BBQ area, that is everything except the business center.
Fireworks can be viewed every Friday night from the pool side or fire exit.

Check-out: by 11:30 AM,
Check-In: from 3:00 PM ~ 6:00 PM (After 6:00 check in, please ask how you can get the keys and check in by yourself)
Early Check-in and/or Late check-out: We are happy to give you early check-in and/or late check-out, If the room is available. The availability will be known a day before your check in date and/or check-out date.
* Hawaii Tax will be applied on the total room fee.
* There will be no services from the hotel, such as daily cleaning and bed-making, also no service/assistance from the front desk. So, please be aware that the front desk do not take and hold your luggage, do not do your check in & out neither.
If you need to store your luggage until your flight time: There is a company that takes care of your luggage if your flight is late when you go home. Hawaii Beach Bum runs a service that watches over luggage and even deliver to the airport. (808) 953-8578
When you arrive, please come up directly to the unit, our staff will await for you if it's within regular check-in time.
*Marble floor can be slippery and not suited for small children.
*PARKING rate at the hotel: $3/30 minutes
*Paid Public Parking 1 (one minute walking distance): Kamehameka Public Parking @ 2080 Kalakaua Ave: 12hours= $15, 24 hours = $20
*Paid Public Parking 2( a few minute walking distance) @330 Saratoga Rd: 24 hours= $20

I was born and raised in Japan. I moved to New York City from Tokyo to study. Having finished my studies in NYC, I moved to Hawaii in the year of 2001. Since then, I have been a resident of Waikiki, Hawaii. I have my own private practice here in Hawaii as a licensed psychotherapist for Japanese nationals who reside here. :)

Good quality of the hotel, beautiful room with marble floor & granite counter tops, nice view, close to the beach, a lot of variety of restaurants, shops from reasonable souvenir shops to high-end brand boutiques, safe, quiet room (rare in Waikiki even at high-end hotels), a bus stop across the street, rental car shop & gas station nearby, great access to AlaMoana and Ward ares,,,,etc.
Also, I furnished the room, even with PC and wireless internet. So, you can use your own devices such as iPhone and/or iPad.
I've lived in this area for more than 10 years. And, I chose (bought) this property with a great confidence: this is a perfect place to stay! It has it all!

This unit is located in a hotel. You can have a feeling of luxury of a beautiful hotel, and at the same time you can also have a convenience of condominium with free land-line telephone, extra kitchen equipment such as cook-top burner and microwave, WiFi, and more! You can use hotel's other facilities too such as laundry, pool, gym, BBQ area. Also, there is a spa in the hotel (not free). Enjoy both luxury and convenience!
