I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The process of renting this home for the week was extremely easy and very user friendly. It almost seemed to be too easy, and I expected something to go wrong. It didn't, and the process of getting to the house, getting in, and checking out was very simple. As my family and I were driving to the home, the neighborhoods that we went through to get there seemed run down and aged. This worried me; however, the neighborhood was pretty quiet and we never had a bad experience. The house itself is on the older side, and it needs some maintenance. However, it did have the amenities that we needed and the pool was great! The cleanliness of the house was mediocre. The tile floor wasn't as clean as I would have liked, and the carpet/rugs were needed to be cleaned as well. There were a few things in the home that I noticed were or had been broken. When I contacted Kris at the management company she responded immediately and it was fixed. While I don't think I'd rent this particular home again, it was perfect for the money. I would expect to spend about that much for this house, and it was way more inexpensive than a hotel. Overall, it was the best decision we made to rent a home rather than a hotel, but we would look for another house next time.
