1 Bedroom Villa With Private Pool Located Directly On The Best Beach In St Mart

Welcome to La Perla Classic, a lovely one bedroom fully air-conditioned beachfront villa with private swimming pool located directly on Baie Rouge which one of the most beautiful beaches in St Martin.

Baie Rouge one of the most fabulous, intimate and quiet beaches in St Martin. It is aptly named as a result of the pinkish coloured sand you will find there and you can walk along a large stretch of almost deserted sand. The waters are almost always calm making it perfect for swimming and snorkeling. There is also some wonderful bird watching in the area and the view to Anguilla is breathtaking as well as the view of the cliffs protecting the beach on the west. You will also find some really good beach bars here including Gus and Raymond’s. David’s Grotto which is a stunning cliff area is located between Baie Rouge and Nettle Bay

The interiors of La Perla Classic are classically elegant yet also contemporary. The view as you enter the villa to the pool and turquoise seas beyond is stunning. The living room which features floor to ceiling windows the whole way across opens right up onto the swimming pool deck making La Perla Classic the perfect place to enjoy indoor/outdoor living to its fullest.

STAFF Just so that you feel totally pampered, La Perla Classic comes with our wonderful housekeeper who will be on hand to look after you 6 days per week together with a gardener. If you do decide to leave the sanctuary that is La Perla Classic, there is an incredible selection of wonderful beach side restaurants just a short drive away.
