The Cottage comes with access to the Juniper Point Village Improvement Society which grants you use of associations paths, community docks, the float, the beach (Reed's Beach – walkable from the cottage), and the Community house. You can also pay a small fee to use the association clay tennis courts, and make use of the professional tennis lessons!

None, however our affiliate company, Maine Watercraft Rentals Inc., will rent and deliver/pick-up the following boat at the property : 17 foot Proline with 115hp outboard which rents for $1300 per week to experienced guests and accommodates up to 6 people. Additionally, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and even bicycles are offered for rent through Tidal Transit Kayak Tours & Rentals.
