Rustic old world charm, 2 large double bedrooms, Fully equipped kitchen

Quiet, secluded, hillside cottage. ‘Paradiso”, is a traditional 2 bedroom retreat, set in idyllic location on the island of Kos. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The cottage has spectacular 180-degree views across the Aegean to the island of Kalymnos and is set at the foot of Mount Dikeos with dramatic mountain views.

This charming two double bedroom cottage can sleep up to six people. Fully air conditioned, large sitting room with WIFI and satellite TV. The cottage has been fully renovated to a high boutique standard with tasteful furnishings throughout, including rustic wooden floors, traditional beamed ceilings and original fireplaces.

Fully functioning, charming marble topped kitchen, perfect for entertaining, it includes fridge freezer, ceramic hob cooker, washing machine and air conditioning.

A great space for terraced Al fresco dining, with two separate entertaining areas, built in barbeque, and large private lawned established Mediterranean garden. Help yourself to its seasonal fruits.

Set in the foot of Mount Dikeos, with heritage listed 12th century castle ruins nearby , the cottage is a five minute drive to the nearest stunning sandy beach, Marmari, and has close access to Kos Islands charming local mountain villages.

The cottage is close to riding stables, which offer interesting bridle paths.

Located 7kms from the airport. The owner offers a complimentary pick up service on arrival if required. Hire car is advised and owner is happy to arrange prior.

Optional welcome pack age can be provided. It includes complimentary bottle of red / white wine.

The owner is animal friendly. There is an additional cleaning charge of 30 euro’s for this service.

This is the first time that the cottage is available for holiday lets. It is the owner’s home.

About Jeanne & Sarah Isaac

I am a retired British Grandmother who has family living all over the world. I have lived in Greece for twelve years and love restoring old Greek cottages of which I own several. I have spent a lot of time traveling around the world and sourcing beautiful items for my homes. I have used a lot of the textiles and items that I have purchased on my travels to decorate my Greek homes. I adore the Greek culture and way of life and hope that you enjoy staying in my home as much as I love living in it.

My property is unique and one of a kind. It has been fully restored in a traditional style but has all the mod cons necessary for a great holiday. My home is a quiet and secluded retreat with stunning mountain and sea views. The sunsets are stunning, and my Al fresco style home means you can sit and watch the sunset in a charming setting. My home is full of beautiful antiques and interesting items.

The cottage is close to riding stables, which offer interesting bridle paths.

There is great mountain biking and walking trips. There are fantastic local beaches with water sports available.

There is a beach side water park with great facilities. Lots of local sight seeing including Hypocrites tree. Kos Town has great example s of Byzantine architecture with lots of architectural ruins.

There is a day ferry that goes across to Bodrum, Turkey which is a fantastic shopping and cultural day out.

Short Hydrofoil trip to the very famous historical island of Rhodes.

Great day boat trips to wonderful unique local Greek Islands.

1 hour boat trip to Kalymnos ( the sponge island ) with world famous rock climbing.

I have been lucky enough to stay at Paradiso Cottage which is owned by my dear friend, Jeanne Isaac. I always have such a lovely time as the cottage is charming and rustic as well as being very private and close to the most beautiful beaches.
Jeanne is a great entertainer and I loved being able to sit out on the verandah soaking up the views, which are absolutely spectacular at sunset.
