Jose Ignacio is the most prestigious town in the Punta del Este (Maldonado) area. It is a small fishermen's town, where the most glamorous people in South America like to spend their summer holidays; it has no tall buildnigs, a small fishermen's port, great restaurants and is the place where people go to enjoy peace, nature, great lifestyle, beautiful beaches and seas (it's a peninsula so it always has a rougher and a calmer sea at any given day depending on the wind direction) and you can really amazing -perhaps the best- sunsets and sunrises views.

The house is in the dunes of Playa Brava with a perfect view of the light house. Playa Brava of Jose Ignacio is arguably the nicest and most famous beach in Punta del Este.

Inside prestigious club de mar with full access to all amenities (summer use ie December through March) including: soccer/football fields, 6 open tennis courts, pools, kids club, restaurant, beach accommodations (chairs, umbrella), private security, etc.

100 metres walk through the dunes to the renowned restaurant 'la huella'. Beach front location. Front row.

In a 5 kilometers area you have acces to the most presitigious and chic restaurants in Punta del Este. Activities include:

- Polo (5 kilometers)

- horse back riding: (5 kmts)

- windsruf and kite surf (5 kmts)

- fishing ( 500 metres)

- golfing (15 kmts)

- surfing (100 metres)

- tennis (100 metres)

- soccer/football (100 metres)
