Simple living for the simple beach lifestyle. Three bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in a great community. The main level features a kitchen, dining area, living room, screened porch and a half bath. All bedrooms are on the second floor. This townhome backs up to wetlands and the Salt Pond. This community offers pool, tennis, and community boardwalk to the canal which is great for kayaking in the Salt Pond. (7/10 of a mile to the beach) Linens and towels not provided.
