This luxury loft lies smack dab in the middle of Savannah's historic district, nestled right above Broughton Street. You won't find easier access to night life, shopping, and restaurants than at this ultra modern vacation rental next to the Savannah Bee Company and Coffee Fox. With parking provided free of charge nearby at the local garage, you won't even need to drive during your vacation in Savannah.
As you enter the home you'll see a great living room with a flat screen TV, gorgeous beam ceiling, and skylights. A fully stocked, stainless steel kitchen with a raised bar is perfect for entertaining and cooking up a great family meal, or just heating up the leftovers from one of the great restaurants located downstairs and just out the front door. A separate dining area offers seatings for 4 underneath a chandelier, and just down the hallway is a washer and dryer. The hall bathroom is a full bath with a pedestal sink, toilet, bath tub, and shower. The first large bedroom off this hallway has a Queen sized bed and great French doors to open and catch a night breeze or stand and watch the city life below you. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, it's own spa-style with red tile, overhead shower head, and a front body washer. If you are looking for luxury living in the downtown area of Savannah, this is the vacation rental for you!
Renting homes from Southern Belle is painless and professional. We take credit cards and require a $300.00 deposit to confirm the booking which is applied towards the remaining balance. For example, if your total is $1,000, we will take a $300 deposit and your remaining balance will be $700. Thirty days prior to your arrival our booking software will charge the balance automatically. We also sell Traveler's Insurance which covers medical, hotels if you get stuck in a city, or trip cancellation for any reason.

The location is excellent for walk ability, however, a night club/bar is located across the alley (where bedrooms are located). The LOUD music began on Christmas night lasting until 3AM and again the next night. It was so loud you could feel it rumbling through the entire loft. We would not have chosen this location had this been revealed before booking. The coffee maker did not work (important on Christmas morning) and the shower in the second bathroom was not working properly. Also, the beds and linens could use an upgrade. We did enjoy this location during the day and evening and would recommend to younger people who might like to join the party.
We came up for a girls' weekend (our 2nd time). We wanted to stay on Broughton again, and am glad we found this loft. Candice was wonderful (my initital contact) and the whole reservation process was easy-peasy. The loft is quite spacious. If the max capacity wasn't 4 ppl it could definitely hold more. I also rec'd a phone call the next day to make sure everything was going great (it was). I think this might have been a new vacation rental/property, but some recommendations I would make for the owners would be a guest book (I would have loved to have given kudos to the owners and tips for visitors) and maybe some brochures from area attractions. Also, there are a ton of stairs so I personally would not recommend it for elderly folks with heart conditions or that need assistance with walking (canes, walkers, etc) or parents with strollers (unless you don't mind lugging the stroller of the stairs). I parked at the parking garage and didn't get back into my car until it was time to go. We'd def stay in the same place again.
Some real estate people are known to say there are three important things to consider. Location, location, and location. This was a great place to stay. The loft is located in the heart of Savannah's historic district. Great food, tours and entertainment were in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
