This house -- situated on a large half acre lot in Section A of Ocean Sands -- offers all the popular amenities (elevator, flat-screen TV's, pool table) and is the perfect place all year long for family vacations and special events. This house was custom built by Beach Construction with high quality workmanship and beautiful natural wood trim and wainscoting.

This spacious, 5500 SF house with its open floor plan offers plenty of room for gathering together as well as enjoying private time in the many nooks and crannies (elevated tower and sunroom, mid-level landing and den) located throughout this well-designed house. This beautifully furnished, yet comfortable house can fill your vacation days and nights with relaxation and fun.

Enjoy spectacular ocean views and morning sunrises from every part of the top floor, including the large screen porch and deck area -- and enjoy evening sunsets from the elevated tower. There is easy beach access, with a walkway to the ocean being only a short walk (just 45 yards) across a quiet cul-de-sac. When you are ready for that all day at the beach, you will find beach chairs, umbrellas and beach cart for your convenience already at the house. There are also baby gates at the home for the little one's safety. If you decide to explore the area simply hop on a one of the bicycles at the house and enjoy the ride.

The 8 bedroom house includes a large well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, 42" refrigerator, double oven, granite counter-tops, a peninsula bar and an island; an up-to-date technology package (plasma TVs, surround sound satellite radio home theater in great room & media room, intercom, printer fax and copier); and a large (16' x 30') heated pool (fee $400) with a tiki bar, cabana bath, and outside speakers.
