Het was leuk te verblijven in Aruba Cottage. Alleen was er geen verlichtng bij de inrit, dus het was donker als je 's avonds terug komt. En ook het erf kan nog wat verlichting erbij. Misschien is het goed om voor de eerste dag toiletpapier in het huis te hebben. Een Rice-Cooker mag er ook graag bij. Een TV in de Master Bedroom zou niet slecht zijn en ook klerenkasten in de kamers. Overigens was het leuk en vooral het zwembad was in trek bij de kinderen. Jammer dat het Carnaval tijd al bezet is. Maar we komen beslist terug naar Aruba, het was niet de eerste keer voor ons. En we huren zeker weer een appartement bij Aruba Happy Rentals.

Happy stay on a happy island

The listing description of house and amenities was correct. We had a pleasant checkin and checkout. It's a Friendly house with enough room for 6 persons. Pool was great (however jacuzzi didn't work, the pump was leaking and made a lot of noise), beds were good and we think it is a good service having wifi, a phone and a prepaid mobile in the house.
The house is situated on a dirty road but once in the garden between the walls it's okay. The direct neighbours are friendly.
In spite of being economical with electricity and water $100,--p/week wasn't enough. The safecode wasn't correct. The airco in the masterbedroom was very noisy.
The house and the furniture (sofa's) needs some maintenance.

We've visited many restaurants and we loved: the flying fishbone, taste of belgium, bingo and for lunch De Suikertuin.
We did our shopping at superfood and save a lot.

aruba cottage needs some attention

the listing says it has a king bed in he master bedroom it is a queen bed at best.both bath showers had clogged drains that is two years in a row with clogged drains.it also says in the listing that the house has a safe, it has two safes but they do not work and have not for two years in a row.so it is unsetteling to have valuables on vacation with no safe to put them in.the rental company was a half an hour late to check us out so we had to leave for the airport without checking out or getting our cash security deposit back which will have to be credited to my credit card.the outside of the house needs some attention there are a few loose boards on the deck one of which i tripped and almost fell in and the pool needs to be drained and the bottom of the pool patched and painted and then have the jaquzi fixed it didnt work for two years in a row.we thought the things that were wrong last year would be fixed by this year but that was not the case.

We had a really nice holiday in this nice house. It is nice spot between the Aruba people. It has a lot of space. Nice for in the evening. We have three little kids and they had a awesome holiday. They loved the swimming pool. I don't no if we come in Aruba again but if we go to Aruba then we go to this house.
We enjoyed it!
