The island of Taquari is a private island which has an area 3 hectares and is located on the estuary of the river Taquari. On the island was built a modern house of Dutch design, taken into account various ecological concepts for the use of water and energy. Rainwater and filtered, recycled and heated by solar panels.
The house has an area of 550 m2, including a swimming pool, a large terrace of 150 m2 around the house. All at the same level, with wider doors and entrances without stops, leaving the appropriate box to access with a wheelchair.
The house consists of balconies with a wide covered area to sit, a living room, kitchen with the latest appliances, 3 bedrooms with wardrobe and split air conditioning and a cabinet. It has a laundry area with washing machine and tumble drier.
The house is decorated with furniture imported top quality for comfort and beauty.
The island is on the beach of Taquari, next to the beach Guaibim. During low tide has direct beach access Taquari and Guaibim. The Guaibim and Taquari beaches are calm beaches without mass tourism. In Guaibim beach huts the beach restaurants serve delicious local foods. Guaibim is a small fishing village, a small paradise in Palm Coast, you can go horseback riding on the beach and relax in the tranquil waters of the Atlantic Ocean and pristine.
For those who want vistar Morro de Sao Paulo: the terminal for crossing to the island of Morro de Sao Paulo is 20 minutes away from the house. The crossing takes 10 minutes.
