2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (Sleeps 5-7)

A comfortable, luxurious condominium for an 'up north' vacation of skiing, golf, snowmobiling or just relaxing in front of the fireplace with family and friends. This is a clean and well maintained unit only a 5 minute walk to the base of the Schuss Mountain Village Ski Hills. During golf season you can sit on the balcony and watch the golfers on the first hole of the Schuss Mountain Golf Course from t-box to green. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace (wood included), whirlpool tub and two full size bathrooms. Included are all linens and towels. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. The second bedroom has one twin bunk and single twin bed. The living room has a queen size pull-out sofa bed.

About Owner/Property Manager

Attorney and Medical Professional empty nesters. Both kids are finishing college. Owners at Shanty Creek for 23 years. Taught our kids how to ski at Schuss Village. Fantastic resort to take your family. Own two properties at Shanty Creek we love it so much!

Water is the backdrop of life in Bellaire, the county seat. Swimming, boating, fishing and beach-combing are summer activities that give way in the fall to driving tours along some of Michigan's most scenic back roads. In the winter, snowmobile trails, sledding spots and Shanty Creek's ski slopes provide plenty of fun. Golf swings into action in the spring as the area heats up again. The Village's 1,200 residents also know how to throw a party. Each August the town has a fabulous Annual Rubber Ducky Festival downtown with food, arts, crafts, a parade and a Rubber-Ducky race.
