MID-WEEK SPECIAL - $210/NIGHT FOR A 3-NIGHT STAY!!!!!!!!

The house was clean, cozy and had all the emenities! We were a mere stones throw from the entrance of Jay Peak and snowboarded two days straight on the best conditions I've ever been on. We were spent most nights so we basically ate, showered and slept there but there is a really cool bar there and a lot great niceties that would make your stay there great even if there was no snow. Also there is a really nice creek that runs behind the house that must be beautiful during the summer months. Great stay, and we plan on returning! Owner/manager was great and easy to work with as well. I had two other properties (that fell through) in the area where the owners neglected to get back to me even after I had sent a confirmation email that I wanted to stay there and ready to make a deposit (shady ppl). Meghann was the exact opposite and responded quickly, respectively and very forthcoming! Great experience here!

This cabin was a great value for the price. We were a group of 7 adults driving in from Canada. The house was extremely close to Jay Peak and we were able to get in full days of skiing and come home for a hot lunch to boot. This was in large part why we chose this rental. It had a nice-sized kitchen and the rooms all suited our group perfectly. The cabin itself is a bit unlevel physicially and the heating throughout the house was a bit uneven as noted by a few members of our group, but aside from that we had 0 issues and enjoyed our stay very much.

We booked this house to share with 2 families; 4 adults and 7 children. The 3 older boys were able to put out air mattresses and sleeping bags in the upstairs common area and watch the hockey game while drifting off. There was plenty of room for the 3 girls in the 3rd bedroom with a single and bunk beds. The master bedroom easily fit a play pen for the infant. This left the whole main floor quiet for the adults to relax in through the evening. We did a thorough search on HomeAway before booking, and as of March 2013 I can confirm that we could not find a more affordable accommodation for this number of guests for a through the week stay. The proximity to the ski hill and water park is not exaggerated; it is not more than a 2km drive. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and possessed all the cooking utensils and equipment needed. The driveway was a bit muddy making coming and going a little precarious however this was not a concern once temperatures dropped and the ground refroze. This accommodation is a great value.
