Exclusive 5 bedroom home with south facing pool

Our home has 5 bedrooms (2 ensuite), a third double and 2 singles with 2 beds in each. We are located in the quiet, gated community of “Reserve at Town Center”, 6 miles due south of Disney in Orlando, Florida.

This holiday villa community is perfect if you want the best of both worlds; the proximity to the excitement and thrilling pace of life at Disney, yet the peaceful and tranquil setting where you can unwind and relax with your own pool.

Our Villa has its own private pool and sun-deck and gas BBQ.

There are plenty of amenities within 5 minutes' drive of the villa such as a large supermarket -Publix, family restaurants, McDonald's, Chinese take-away, Dunkin donuts and a hairdressers.

Highway 192, where the entrance to Disney is located, is only minutes away by car. Highway 192 is a long strip containing a selection of shops, restaurants and bars.

Bookings must be confirmed by sending a completed Booking Form together with a booking deposit as agreed with us.
The full balance must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings within 6 weeks of arrival, we normally request the full amount at the time of booking.
All payments to be in US$ or euro unless otherwise arranged.
Fully reSecurity deposit of $250 is required for all bookings.
Fees And Taxes State and County taxes of %12 are extra.
Cleaning fee of $85 is also required.
Optional pool heating is also available - please inquire about cost.Typically $120 per week.
Please note rates change during holidays with minimum stay required. Contact me for more details.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
