When our guests enter the apartment, their first comment is: 'Oh, this is very, very cozy!'

Located on the top floor of a prestigious and elegant stone building from the 18th century conveniently situated in the internationally renowned district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, on the prestigious Boulevard Saint-Germain.

Serviced by an elevator and completely renovated in January 2014, the elevator to the apartment floor is located to the left of a beautiful and original staircase.

With tones of white and blue-green colors, the living room is very spacious and bright. It has 3 large windows on each side with a view on the calm courtyard and rooftops of Paris, including the tip of the Eiffel Tower. There are two very nice sofas that can be converted into beds, upholstered in white with beautiful decorative cushions and a nice wool throws.

The bedroom has a very romantic feel. It is equipped with a queen size bed dressed with designer linen, hypoallergenic down comforter and pillows. The two night tables and lamps are color coordinated with the room. It makes it a very nice room to sleep in. The two dressers include wood hangers, bathrobes and a safe box to store your clothes and belongings.

The en-suite bathroom features a bathtub/shower, WC, bidet, sink and a very large vanity mirror. The designer towels are also color coordinated and very elegant. Bathroom beauty supplies and a hairdryer are provided for your own comfort.

Adjacent to the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a window looks onto a quiet courtyard that provides a lot of light. Refrigerator/freezer, vitroceramic cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. French white porcelain tableware, cutlery, pots and pants are provided for all your cooking needs, while the elevated bar can fit 3 guests to enjoy a nice meal or an aperitif.

The apartment is wireless Internet throughout.

Airport VIP fast tracks, transfers and in-town driving services are provided at an additional charge.

Upon arrival, the property manager will supply a list of handy local resources: bakers, delis, butchers, cheese makers, pastry chefs...all located a few steps away. And do not miss out on the open fresh market on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7am to 2:30pm located near the 70, boulevard Raspail.

You will also find an Autolib® station conveniently on the other side of the boulevard where you may want to experience the pleasure of driving an electrical car in Paris, perhaps for the first time. A Velib® station is also situated nearby.

Home to a number of famous cafes, such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, the Saint-Germain quarter was the center of the existentialism movement. Philosophers, authors and musicians alike filled the nightclubs and brasseries that line the boulevard. Today, the Boulevard Saint-Germain is a thriving high-end shopping street, while the cafes, restaurants and galleries continue to be sites for intellectual gatherings.
