House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 12-15)

My husband and I built this lovely home which is right around the corner from our own home that we live in. We have four children and our home in the summer is like a vacation every day. We knew that other families would absolutely love this area as there is so much to do that it could not be done in just one visit. We expect to have people come back again and again just to experience everything!! Huron Ohio is that gem that not many people are aware of. You have the lake, fishing, golfing, water parks, the Lake Erie islands, Cedar Point. The list goes on and on. We really expect to get to be friends with all who stay and hope that we are able to help them have the greatest vacation possible. Our 4 kids, 14 and younger are really excited also to have the opportunity to make new friends!

About The Owner

I am an attorney and my husband is an engineer. We love the summer because we work hard all year and take advantage of the fantastic summers here in Huron Ohio. We love boating, sports, fine dining and wine-- cannot forget the wine!!

The Owner purchased this house in 2011

We chose to build a rental house right by our own home so that family and friends would be able to enjoy the area the way we do.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Huron, Ohio

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $1,500.00-$2,5000.00/wk(negotiable)
  • US Dollars
  • $1,500.00 - $2,500.00/ week from June through August. Sunday-Sunday
  • $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week April-May; September-November
  • During Halloweekends in Octoberat Cedar Point, $1,000.00 per week.
  • Will consider renting with three day minimum at $1,500.00 even in high seasons
  • Require $250.00 down to reserve and payment in full upon arrival or before.
  • Security deposit:$250 w/down pmt. & returned upon departure if no damage/theft
  • December-May, $100/night.
  • All rentals have an additional $150.00 cleaning charge.
