Ko Olina Kai, located along the Ko Olina Golf Course and Clubhouse, this gated development was built in 2005-2007. Ko Olina Kai has a great pool and barbeque area which many residents say is the best in Ko Olina. Approximately 34 acres in size, Ko Olina Kai has 264 town home villas and 60 single family residences. Modern design with central air conditioning in all units.
This exceptional town home in Ko Olina Kai is close to the beach and one of the largest and nicest town homes in Ko Olina! The property is an exceptional value, with 1,625 square feet of living space and no one above or below you. The home is a well-equipped vacation villa and is perfect for a large family or two smaller families. The home is beautifully decorated in a relaxing theme including artwork from well known artists; Wyland, John Pitre,Wafrido, collaboration art piece, commission piece, beautiful and comfortable furnitures. Enjoy the resort pool/jacuzzi with Cabanas, BBQ, and nice lounge chairs. A couple blocks walk to Roy's fine dining restaurant for cocktail and dinner, the golf club house and 5 minute walk to the new Disney Aulani and beach coves.
Ko Olina is an easy 20 minute drive from the Honolulu airport and centrally located between Waikiki and the famous North Shore.
Home Description: There are three large bedrooms and bathrooms, a one-car garage with driveway and a patio on a wide greenbelt (perfect for children). The kitchen features granite counters, quality appliances, and all the extras. The dining room has a large wood dining table with seating for 6. The great room offers vaulted ceilings with three relaxing sofas, a 60' plasma TV with digital cable, DVD and sony tower stereo!
Bedrooms: The master suite offers a California king bed with a beautiful bedroom set, comfortable quality linens and a 46' HD-TV. The master bath has dual sinks, large shower and separate roman tub. Our Master Lanai is perfect for reading and relaxing. The second bedroom upstairs has a double bed and futon sofa, perfect for kids. TV, bookshelves, wall to wall closet, nicely decorated and a full bathroom with tub. The third bedroom is on the first level and has a tall queen bedroom set, 21' TV with a full bath and tub just off the bedroom. Beach toys, towels, are available.
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! Location is great and is a gated community. It’s so clean & spacious. Perfect place for a family on vacation!
It has nice bedrooms with full baths, kitchen’s wonderful and the lanai is fully furnished with BBQ grill. My kids loved the big backyard! It was their favorite spot. They get to safely play & have fun. We just love it!
The lagoons were an easy walk from the house. We loved the restaurants around the area, the golf course, tennis court, gym, beautiful swimming pool with great cabanas. We especially liked the convenience of the ABC country market close by.
We had a great visit to the Disney Aulani Hotel, and to the rest of the resorts. And also the thrilling water sports activities by the lagoons and catamaran tour. It was so much fun!

First of all We would like to thank the landlord of the house because she was nice enough and efficient to respond on my email and basically provided answers on all our questions within regards the area, house and things we can do around Ko'Olina. My family and I thought that this home was awesome, clean and cozy. It was very comfortable and good living space for 8 to 10 persons. Even our children love the house and none of us wants to leave. The neighborhood is very quiet and the entire surroundings are so clean. We highly recommend this house to other people or even to our family, friends that will visit Hawaii for a vacation because we know they will not regret it. Overall our review is excellent and do not hesitate to contact the landlord in this lovely home in case anyone is looking for a place to stay for their vacation in Hawaii. Oh, and by the way there are diff. places you can go and eat around the area and the Ko'Olina beach is only 3 minutes drive or you can even walk and it only takes 5 minutes. There's also a small nice market and coffee shop in the area. If you like to go to Costco or Walmart it's only 10 minutes drive. Thank you :-)
I rented this condo for my family and it was great! It was very spacious and very clean. We had a total of about 6 people staying with us and it never felt crowded. It was so close to the Lagoons. The renters are also very accommodating and extremely responsive. If I ever get the opportunity to make another family trip to Hawaii, I am definitely booking this same condo!
Beautiful house and very attentive, responsive owner. My husband and I live in Honolulu and rented the house for five nights surrounding our wedding at Lanikuhonua. We loved the house and amenities plus the close proximity (walking) to our guests at the Ihilani and Aulani hotels. The house is very well organized, clean and features high-end furnishings. We did not see the property prior to renting and were very pleased with how nice it was. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Ko Olina.
This is a very neat and spacious property. Our remarkable experience started even before the trip: the owner sent us pre-arrival letter with many details about the house, e.g. where the door key is, whom to contact if we need to, the wifi password, the community map etc. When we arrived the Ko Olina, we were amazed by the beauty of the community: well organized and maintained green belt, the convenient location to beach and restaurants.
The house is very clean and cozy, with all house supplies included (laundry, cooking utensils etc.) My family really enjoyed staying there, my 3 young kids (2,4 and 5 YO) even thought this is our 2nd "home". I'm so glad to have booked this house for the vacation, and will come back next time.
What a find! Plenty of room for our party of eight. Quiet, spacious, clean and great location to boot. Close to beautiful ocean coves a few restaurants and convenient (ABC) store; to include walking. Just a great location on the west side of the island for all your day trips. My wife loved the idea of coming home each night to a house located on the property of an awesome resort. Not one complaint from anyone in my group. Will stay there again in a heartbeat.
