Offering a lovely, exclusive villa 200 meters from the beach of Coson. Containing 3 double bedroom with ensuite bathrooms, all airconditioned with lots of space for extra beds. The house is equipped for 8 persons.

It has a large dining and living room next to a half open kitchen. Kitchen and living overlook the private pool with baby pool and the large terrace with outdoor living. All situated in a wide tropical garden of 1300m2. A very spacious and natural place.

A cleaning lady and poolboy 3x per week. Gardner 1x per week.

The house is located in 'Los Nomadas' a 24 hrs security compound, 15 minutes by car from the town centre of Las Terrenas. Las Terrenas is an international village with many nice shops and restaurants, respecting the traditional ambiance of a Dominican fishermen's village.

A perfect tranquil place to relax, swim, dive,sail,horse riding, hiking,whale watching and a spectacular Golf course at 1.5 hrs drive (Playa Grande).

Even though it has 3 double bedrooms, there is enough place to put in extra beds.

The local people are adorable. Nature is rich with the most beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic.

We had a perfect time in your beautiful house.It is quiet and close to the beach and very safe..The beach is perfect for small children and your house gives a great caribbean feeling with all the modern luxury.
We will certainly come back.
