The condominium(townhouse) is in the Tahoe Keys development. There are amenities at the Keys that renters can use for a small daily cost.Winter: skiing, snowboarding,sledding, xcountry skiing,as well as an indoor swimming pool and hot tub.Summer: sailing,boating,water skiing,kayaking,swimming, cycling,tennis,golf,hiking,fishing,mountain biking,outdoor swimming pool(very close by.) Kids: bicycling,miniature golf,nature trail,playground,swimming,etc. There is a hot air balloon company at the Tahoe Marina and an indoor playhouse close by with performances during the summer.Scenic helicopter rides are available at the Tahoe airport.
No crowds in spring and fall but great hiking,spring flowers and fall colors(aspen). Beach at the Keys and several other beaches close by.
The property has great views of Lake Tahoe from the living room and upstairs master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer at the

The South Lake Tahoe area is beautiful year round with many activities such as casinos, art galleries, shopping and outdoor activities.
