Imagine your self relaxing on your deck on the 15th foor over looking fountain pools, with a panaramic view of the sun setting into the emerald waters of the gulf coast in your 2bed room 2 bath luxury condo. Ariel Dunes were built in 2007 with all the modern amenities,9 foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, large garden tub in masterbath with seperate shower. The master bed room has a king size bed with sliding glass door so you can enjoy your beach view in bed or open the door and listen to waves crash on the white sandy beaches of miramar. This 1175 sq ft condo has fully equiped kitchen,washer and dryer ,color tv with internet connection,dinning and living room area .the 2nd bedroom has a double bed with ajoining bathroom that has a tub shower combination with vanity.ceiling fans are in each room along with color tvs. our condo has a nautical flare that gives you that feeling you really are at the beach.thanks and enjoy Dave and Sue

About The Owner

Susan and I live in memphis,tn and enjoy going to the condo as much as possible.she gets to go more often than i do because of work.someone has to pay for it.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2008

we love the white sandy beaches,fishing,shops and resturants.plus its only 8 hours from memphis

condo hasone heated pool and two other luxury pools.Cabana cafe and lounge is on the ground floor with live music at night and sports bar by day. there are several resturants with in walking distance on the beach. Seascape18 hole golf course is next door. seascape has its own private beach with cabana rentals.
