Homes - Belcher Rd

This little beach house has been our home away from home for over 20 years. It is only a couple of hundred yards from the beautiful, wide and uncluttered beach which attracts lots of surf fishermen as well as those who like to fish from the old seawall in front of the Boca Bay Pass Club. It is right across the street from the State Park and has great views of the Boca Grande Pass and the tarpon fishing boats from both the downstairs and upstairs decks.

It is a littler homier than some of the other rental units and well equipped with kitchen and other living necessities. We have 1 queen, 2 twins and 1 twin each in 2 other bedrooms plus a hideaway if necessary.

Every evening people come from all over the island in their golf carts to watch the sunsets we can see from our decks. If you are early birds you can enjoy the sunrise from the east as well.

We'd love to have you stay with us and feel at home and on vacation at the same time. Wherever you choose to stay we hope it will be on Boca Grande and that you will have a fabulous vacation and look forward to returning to our wonderful little island in years to come.

This property is "pet friendly" with permission. Once permitted, a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee will be added to your balance.
