This property was exactly as described. We chose this location because being in the heart of the village took priority over the additional space and other amenities you might find in this price point outside of the village. It was well maintained and clean. The sleeping quarters in the loft were difficult to navigate with the very low ceiling and tricky stairs but it was fine for just sleeping at night. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen adequately equipped. With two adults and one 8 year old it was a perfect place to spend a few nights during ski season. I would rate it a five if the water pressure in the kitchen sink were a bit stronger, the kitchen had a pair of scissors, and some very basic daily service to take the trash out and restock basic supplies (i.e. soap, etc..) were included. It took us a couple days to find the trash dumpster in the basement. With that said, it was the perfect place for us and clearly met our expectation.
Three adults shared this property for a "Fall Getaway". Great location within walking distance of everything in Vail Village and. At h he bus to Lions Head or BeVermCreek just across the street. Tremendous value for all it offers, including comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen. Loft area does not provide a full height ceiling, but is not a problem if you remember as you turn in at night. Would consider again.
This was a great condo for 2 in the heart of Vail. Great location in the midst of all the shops, very nice kitchen, bathroom and overall condo. Clean and cozy. Very close to public parking ramp, if you stay in the summer you can park in the public ramp for free (limited to 14 days or less I believe). Steve was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely come back again.
Photo is exactly like the condo, perfect for a couple, very clean, and we'll maintained. Property manager, Steve was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. I would definitely come back again.
