Welcome To Your All New 8B Oceanfront Townhome Experience

My visited was from April 23 to May 1, 2013.

It was a wonderful experience. Everything that was listed on VRBO was there and in perfect working condition. The king size bed was surprising very comfortable and having ceiling fans in both the upstairs and downstairs was a great treat. There is also air conditioning on both levels and screens on all the windows – don’t take this for granted – some conversations I had at the pool with other renters found that this not to be true for all units – since they are owned by individual owners – so most units are not as upscale as this unit. (I saw several other units). My unit had hot water in the kitchen sink, direct TV and screens on all the windows and the high level of comfort in the unit furnishings.

Although I only cooked two evening, I was surprised to see the quality of kitchen and dining equipment. It was not the plastic cups and cheap equipment you expect in a rental unit. Also, the owners fixed the unit like they were going to live there and not like a “rental unit” and there were so many little touches like having a portable standing fan which was perfect for the late afternoons while sitting on the front deck. I also liked that there were beach chairs and snorkeling gears in the unit.

Having looked around the resort – I almost decided on a different unit – thank god I decided on this unit, the view from the front porch and balcony is outstanding – there is some much to see during the day with the fishing boats and relaxing at night having a cocktail overlooking the lights of Westpunt.

Finally, the guide that I got from the owner was great – it pointed me in the right direction and saved me a lot of time. I would definite return to their unit and recommend it to my family and friends. This unit should be on your short list if you are thinking of renting at Marazul.
