This is our second house on this lake(check out HomeAway #202448). When this house came up for sale I knew we had to have it. It was foreclosed and empty for 2 years. But had a lot of potential. Almost every part of this house is new... furnace, hot water heater, stove, refrigerator, paint, carpet, roof, etc

Location, Location, Location. Whether it's boats in the summer or just not having houses in your back yard have a house on the lake makes all the difference.

I had a wonderful time during my stay here. The house was impeccable clean and the owners seemed to have thought of every little detail to make the house welcoming and comfortable. Views of the lake from the house were spectacular. The neighborhood is very quiet. i would highly recommend this rental and i myself am looking forward to spending future vacations there.

Great Getaway!

Spent a weekend over here 2 weeks ago with friends. Perfect getaway house!

If you are looking for a getway for the weekend.. this is the place to be. It's got fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, deck with grill and firepit. If you want to be around a mini camp fire over a beer while cooking sizzling steaks in the cold winter nights.... well, don't look anywhere else!

Very clean, warm and cozy. Very nice owners. Nick and Jill. Very considerate. This area is quiet, safe (security gate) and awesome view of the lake from inside!

Great place for a family vacation!!!

My family recently stayed here for the weekend and we couldnt have been more pleased. The place was spotless and the house made you feel right at home. The layout was great and there was plenty of room for everyone to put their feet up and relax. I didn't hear one complaint all weekend. We were already planning on going up for a week in the summer time because as great as it was in the winter with the local ski and shopping spots with the lake and pools it will be as enjoyable in the summer. The little things like the condiments and movies for us to use, as small as they are, really made an impact. Most places dont think about the small things to make the time as enjoyable as possible. I would absolutely recommend staying here for your family vacation you will have a blast!

Great House!

The house was perfect for our gathering :) The scenery is amazing and the snow really made it that much more special. We look forward to renting again in the spring or summer so we can use the dock more! Having rented both houses now, we can't wait for summer to try this one out when you get the kayaks and hammock in place like the other one!

Owner's Response: Thanks for the great review. We spent the fall and winter getting the inside ready for our guests. Now it is time for us to get the outside ready too! We want to make the outside just as inviting as the inside. Just like our other house across the lake,we will be adding a rocker bench for the dock, a peddle boat, kayaks.etc... A private beach and lanscaped lawn will also be completed for summer. Thanks again for renting with us. You are welcome back any time!
