Beautiful and comfortable house with great location next to the sea and Caiobá, Rua José Bigarella, 545. In the inner area: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry (tank, dish washing), spacious living room (TV and DVD) and kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven elec, stove, blender, sandwich maker, blender, pots, cups, cutlery and crockery in general). All the rooms have ceiling fan. In the outer area: Large recreation area with barbecue, balcony, shower, local networks for 5, parking for up to 5 cars and yard. Walled and secure location.

This home is located in prime location, close to the SESC and near the sea. Being a local variety of trade and services, you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, video rental stores, beauty salons and shops in general.
