The house is located within easy driving distance of the Delaware River (Delaware Water Gap). Other activities nearby include hiking, biking, horseback riding, tennis, basketball, fishing, and golf.

Features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (1 on second level, 1 on first level), Game room equipped with Ping Pong table, PS3, tons of board games, & a REAL fireplace. Living/Family room equipped with a huge brand new sectional, and a 42 inch LCD TV (with Playstation3/DVD Player) and Free Wifi). Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances - brand new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and all serving and silverware. Dining room will allow for all your gourmet needs with a huge table to seat everyone, stocked with all kitchen & dinning needs. Spent the weekend here with 9 friends and had a great time. The house was perfect for a group this size. It was clean, comfy, and nicely secluded at the top of the hill. We saw lots of dear in the surrounding woods at all times of the day which was awesome. The house is close to many stores which is quite convenient. Dmitry was easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions and any minor issues. We look forward to renting again with him in the future.

Simply Perfect.

The house is located in a cul-de-sak. When we got there we saw the plow truck just leaving afer brushing the snow. Good thing too because it was really bad weather. The applicances and all the things inside the house are brand new! It's like this house just came on the market or something, The beds and all the rooms were kept very clean and ping pong table rock! We enjoyed the dozen or so boardgames and darts that were left for us, and can't tell you how much better it was to have a washer and dryer there for out stuff. Will definately recommend this house in the future! Thank Mr. Dmitry.

Beautiful House. Well Designed. Very Clean.

Neighbors and I decided to make a last minute trip for a ski day with the kids, while the wife was out shopping. We really enjoyed the new appliances, the couch and real fireplace and the kids had a great time with the playstation after skiing. In the evening we went to the casino just 20 min away, and just got a chance to hang out. Good times! Thanks Dmitry

Great Last Minute Ski Trip

This house is too good, very pretty and well kept. We felt very comfy here and we will definately be looking to come back in the summer for the community pool and local fairs and festivals! Dmitry was great!
