Large and comfortable, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home can comfortably accommodate up to nine adults and is located on Gore Creek in the residential area of sunny West Vail. Just a block west of Donovan Park and only a two minute drive to the grocery stores.
Enjoy the beauty and the convenience. The constant flowing water of Gore Creek is just a few steps from the back door and trips to the ski lifts are quick and easy with the free Town shuttle picking up guests a few yards from the front door. Your first option is to hop off the bus at Cascade, chairlift 20, or continue on about a mile to Lionshead and head up the mountain on Eagle Bahn Gondola. The bus runs every thirty minutes so there is never a need to pay for parking.
On the ground floor, the second and third bedrooms share a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed. The washer and dryer are also on this level.
The second floor has a living room, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, dining table for 8 plus additional counter seating and a half bath. Access the large rear deck from the living room or step onto the front balcony from the kitchen dining area.
The secluded master bedroom is on the third floor, and has a king bed, window seat with panoramic views and a private full bath with jetted tub.
