COZY COTTAGE ~YOUR ROMANTIC GETAWAY! PRIVATE JACUZZI, COZY FIREPLACE!

This cabin is outstanding! We so enjoyed the quite, relaxing and comfortable beauty of the place. It is so private and what you see in the photo's is exactly what it is. I have shared the beautiful pictures with our family and friends and they too are planning to visit this cabin. If you are looking for a place that in not in the heart of the shops but yet close enough (only a couple of miles) to get there without having to take a lunch with you!!! I love it and plan on visiting again. Thank you so much for everything you did for us Alan and we will see you again very soon.

We visited Cozy Cottage for a long weekend on my son's 3 year birthday weekend. We were in love at first sight! The cabin was super clean, the view was amazing, and it had everything we needed for a mountain get-away. We had lots of activities planned in Pigeon Forge, however, we had trouble leaving the cabin!:) The best part is how kid friendly this cabin is. My son slept great on the fold out couch, and there were no stairs to worry about him falling down. Plus, it was so private! My husband inagreed that this will be our mountain cabin for years to come!:) it is a must-stay cabin for sure!:)

I was really disappointed with this cabin. It was MUCH smaller than the pictures on the site made it out to be. When we arrived the first day there was trash all over the driveway and 5-6 cats hanging around the trash cans! The cleaning person did not properly dispose of the trash from the people who stayed before. I contacted the owner but it took over eight hours for him to call me back, but then he sent out the cleaning crew that night even though it was late. Also, the owner provided NOTHING whatsoever such as paper towels, laundry detergent (but there was a washer and dryer), or cleaning supplies, etc. There were few items to cook with. We did not realize that and did not show up with these things. The water tasted and smelled like rotten eggs and so we just ended buying bottled water. The bathroom door had an incredibly LOUD creaking to it no matter how slowly you opened it. The shower was the worst part because it was literally painful to take a shower there due to the old, outdated shower head which was clogged with debris from the water like it had not been cleaned in months. The clogged holes caused more powerful streams of water to come out the holes that were not clogged, which made it painful to stand under it. Also, the towels and wash cloths were rough and thin as could be. My bathing experience could be compared to that of a very CHEAP motel room somewhere in the city! Then the DVD player stopped working and when I contacted the owner again he did not return my calls or emails until over 24 hours later! Then he tells us that there may be DVD players in the flat screen TV also and that we could use those, but the thing was is that he was not sure of they had DVD players in them or not, like he does not even know what is in his own cabin. We could not figure those DVD players out so we had to call him again for instructions but he did not know how to use them so he sent someone out to figure it out and leave instructions for us! In my opinion, the instructions should have already been in the cabin if it was that complicated. I would not recommend the cabin because I have stayed in so many others that provide more for your stay and the owners are more accommodating, but the cabin was otherwise nice-looking and well-located. They should just provide the things that most other cabins provide around there.
