4 bedroom, 3 bath resort ocean front condo with latest modern touches.

Playa Bonita Residencia is the upscale resort community in the Las Terrenas area. Its nestled around the cove with the shade of leaning coconut palms and our unit is so close to the ocean you will relax to the sound of the surf that is only a few yards away. Every upscale amenity you could want is here, filtered water and ice dispenser, washer and dryer, large kitchen with gas burner, travertine and granite complete the pristine appearance. There is a large screen TV with Sky satellite, wifi, so you wont miss games, movies, music and keeping in touch. There are two king master beds, and two twins in the third bedroom. There is a bunk bed in the fourth bedroom. Our unit sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.

Coming soon, the pool and club house will be completed early 2013.

This resort property is situated so close to one of the most beautiful beaches (hence the name Playa Bonita) yet its tucked at the end of the paver walking road so it's private and remote at the same time. The setting is lovely with dreamy palm trees leaning over the Caribbean blue ocean.
