Designed specifically for a couple or a small family to enjoy our sugar sand beaches, sleeping arrangements are a free standing queen sized bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on Scenic 30a, enjoy a stroll down to Bruno's for pizza or a quick bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. Wand to eat in? No problem enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a book or each other on the balcony overlooking open courtyard and beautiful community pool.

Needs some work.

This condo was very clean and was in a great location. The amenities were very, very basic. It is time for a new bed! The present one is worn out. The living area was decent but one of the lamps did not have a light bulb. The sofa was sufficient another chair to sit in would be nice. Area rugs would be a nice addition. The kitchen was functional but the toaster did not work. The bathroom was very clean and nice. Overall I liked the condo and enjoyed my stay and I will stay there again and will recommend the condo to others. A few upgrades would be nice.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback. This is a clean condo and is a great location. The bed is not actually worn but the overstuffed mattress pad does make it appear that way. We are replacing the toaster and checking all light bulbs immediately. This is a clean room at a great value based on the location. The price is right for simple accommodations. We will be looking into some upgrades in the near future. Thanks again
