Black Mountain's charming shops & restaurants are just a 15-minute drive away and it is an easy 25-minutes to the center of downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. Experience the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway just 15-minutes away leading to fabulous hiking trails. The many attractions of Lake Lure & Chimney Rock are a pleasant 30-minute drive away. Our three level home provides you with three bedrooms, two baths, a big open living/dining room area featuring a large native stone gas fireplace. The modern kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving ware. The lower level is a fun den & game room with large smart TV, and electric fireplace. An outdoor hot tub with a spectacular view is on the deck just off this room. The washer & dryer are also on this level in a separate service area.
