I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

- We were given the wrong information. In our printed information we were told room 606. We accessed the room, used thebathrooms, had our bags unpacked and were then told that we were in the wrong place. I told the person on the phone that we had used one of the soap and a hand towel. I was told, "just throw the soap in the trash and fold the towel back up...they dry pretty quick."
At Unit 1503 the internet didn't work. We're told how to steal a connection from other units. "It'll be fixed by afternoon." That was Wed.; it was fixed Fri.
You're to put all the dishes in the dishwasher when leaving. We used dishes and untensils from the cabinets and found that the dishwasher is full of dishes with no sign of dishwasher detergent. The question arises, are they clean or not? the dishes in the cabinet had to be washed before using. We paid a $100 cleaning fee. Is everything clean? the foyer coming in from the garage was not nor was the master had hair in the floor.
My 15 yr old began to sit at the dining table, puts her knee in the chair, the seat is not attached and it slides. She skins her shin on the frame.
There are wrist braclets that you're to wear in the complex. if lost or stolen the cost is $5. There weren't enough in the unit.
There were ants in the girl's bathroom. these ants got into their makeup and clothes.
There were identical TVs in the bedrooms. We could only find one remote. While preparing to leave we checked under the furinture to make sure nothing was left and found the missing remote in a corner hehind the chest of drawers in bedroom.
WE SPENT $231 and change per night for this unit. Was it worth it? I am a teacher and my wife is a secretary. We worked, saved our money, and paid $695 for 3 nights at the Legacy Villas. I would take special care if you're planning to do the same.
